Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Silver Cat Editions. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after your purchase.
All orders ship from Italy. Every order is prepared and shipped within 1-5 days of payment; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next working day.
Shipping rates
- Italy: €5, free on orders of €59.90 or more
- European Union: €13
- United Kingdom: €13
- Switzerland: €25
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: €42
- Other countries: the rate is calculated at checkout
Tracking
All shipments are tracked. As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it. Tracking information may take a few hours to update.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: they may vary due to carrier delays, customs checks, bad weather or other events beyond our control.
Duties and import taxes
For shipments within the European Union there are no additional charges on delivery.
For shipments outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand), the customs authorities of the destination country may charge VAT, duties and clearance fees. These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping rate and are paid by the recipient to the carrier on delivery. Customs procedures may also extend delivery times.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your order is lost, arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, write to us as soon as possible. We can only do this before the order ships: once the parcel is on its way, it can no longer be changed.
