Virgo is an Earth sign, and like the others, it has a strong underlying sense of concreteness. It's a mutable sign, or, if you prefer, a mobile one: it's already moving toward a new season, a new era, a new beginning.

Those born under the sign of Virgo are thoughtful, pondering everything, evaluating, calculating, looking to the future... Their methodicalness is proverbial, and even a certain schematicism. They may avoid responsibility more than anything else, even though the Virgo archetype is completely responsible and reliable.

VIRGO IN LOVE:
In this area, those born under this sign are perceived as cold, but this isn't the case. They are warm and very caring people, but you have to know how to get to their core feelings. They are rather fearful of the entire emotional sphere, so they don't expose themselves. They need to be stimulated. They will be present, responsible, attentive partners, and will know how to take care of their families. But they can become fussy and irritating. Their cutting irony and love of controversy reveal a tendency toward resentment and vindictiveness. Spiteful.

VIRGO AT WORK:
Obviously, those born under this sign are excellent workers who know how to dedicate themselves completely to the causes they choose. Their obsession with perfection often leads them to excel, but it can also make them quite annoying to others. They are, however, an Earth sign and therefore like to think about concrete things and the future: therefore, they will tend to accumulate and not indulge in any pleasure. VIRGO'S AFFINITIES WITH OTHER SIGNS:

Virgo and Aries: no thanks! The worst combination imaginable. Virgo's methodicalness and patience and Aries' impetuosity are unlikely to coexist.

Virgo and Taurus: good chances of success. Two Earth signs that can coexist and understand each other well. Taurus admires Virgo's precision, and Virgo admires Taurus's strength and determination. The only problem could be on an intimate level: Taurus is impetuous, Virgo is more mental.

Virgo and Gemini: difficult. They share the planet Mercury, but while Gemini is curious about everything and tends to jump from one curiosity to another, Virgo is fussy and loves the details. Different approaches, but it could work.

Virgo and Cancer: Difficult, but it can work if there's plenty of dialogue and a strong desire to learn and improve. Virgo is somewhat incapable of opening up to their feelings, and this holds back Cancer, who is so sensitive and open to emotion.

Virgo and Leo: These two might be able to get along if they overcome the initial difficulties. Leo, at first, will see too much resignation in Virgo, and Virgo, in turn, will see too much arrogance in Leo. If they can overcome these initial negative appearances, they can balance each other out nicely.

Virgo and Virgo: they work well together and are capable of understanding each other wonderfully. They can coexist and support each other very effectively. The only problem is that their critical tendencies and sensitivity could lead to endless wars.

Virgo and Aquarius: It may seem strange, but things could work out very well! If the two can communicate well and in a stimulating way, they can balance each other out: Virgo can learn from Aquarius their alternative style and how to be less rigid, while Aquarius could learn some healthy practicality.

Virgo and Pisces: almost impossible. The differences are enormous. What's certain is that if they manage to understand each other, Pisces could learn a bit of pragmatism from Virgo, and Virgo could access a mysterious world through Pisces: romance.
