Astrology: the Astrological Houses X, XI and XII
Share
We come here to conclude the discussion on the Astrological Houses by presenting the last 3 Houses which have a significant importance and which describe the stretch of heaven that goes from the end of the Ascendant to the Midheaven, the first quarter of the daytime sky.
Let's proceed, as we have already done in other articles, following the Roman numerals and therefore going in the opposite direction to the motion of the stars.
House X, “Middle of the Heaven” (Angular)
This extremely important House is connected to the zodiac sign of Capricorn and is, as seen, the highest culmination point of the solar motion.
This house provides predictions regarding the native's honors and dignity, the arts, and the relationship with the mother. Many indications can also be gleaned from this point regarding the native's most suitable career paths, marriage, and male children.
From a social point of view, this slice of Heaven is connected to rulers, the aristocracy, and the home of Kings. Calves and knees are the parts of the body connected to this place.
If the Sun, uninfluenced by malefic stars, is in this house, it heralds individuals worthy of respect, suited to leadership, and noble. Admiration and trust abound.
When the Moon is present in this House, for nocturnal births, the natives will be sincere, refined, rich… unless there are malefic stars that have a negative influence.
If Saturn is present in diurnal births, with signs favorable to it, it will indicate wealthy people, landowners and owners of real estate in general.
If Saturn is present but in a nocturnal birth, poverty, bad luck, lack of success, bad marriages and few children are suggested.
Jupiter during the day keeps away the influence of malefics and grants natives a life full of honors, riches and celebrity, especially among those born during the day; those born at night still receive esteem but to a lesser extent.
Mars in the Midheaven, in diurnal nativity, pushes the parents of the unborn child to separate and announces a life of difficulties and deprivation as well as problems in getting married.
The planet Venus, however, when it enters the Tenth House and is Western to the Sun, without presenting malefic aspects, indicates future priests, counselors, and those who will become famous. Happy marriages and abundant offspring.
If, however, the planet is in the East with respect to the Sun, it speaks of economic problems, but also indicates a propensity for the arts, especially music and singing.
When Mercury is in the Midheaven, we have scientists, writers, notaries, lawyers, magistrates, jurists, bankers, capable orators, and attorneys.
Generally, if Mercury is influenced by Mars, people will be atheists, liars, wicked, thieves, murderers... in essence, in this scenario, if not supported by beneficial stars, natives will be predisposed to evil.
House XI (Successor)
The House of the “good genius,” as experts call it, is linked to the zodiac sign of Aquarius and speaks of fame, honors, wealth, happy events, and trusted friends.
From a social point of view it represents parliament, ministers and legislation, while from a physical point of view it is connected to the legs up to the heels.
The Eleventh House corresponds to the sign of Aquarius, and therefore Jupiter rejoices here more than other celestial bodies. The Sun in this house heralds the native's prosperity and the son of a wealthy and famous father.
When the Moon appears in this place, especially at night and with the help of a benefic planet, the native will have nobility, prestige, wealth and an esteemed mother.
Saturn is ambivalent in the Eleventh House: in diurnal birth it indicates people who will acquire solid and lasting goods, even if they become idle, while in nocturnal birth, idleness persists but they also lose what they possess.
Jupiter, as mentioned, is very beneficial in this house: whether the birth occurs during the day or at night, there will always be great vitality and prosperity, as well as fame and success. This great planet will also protect the native from illness.
Mars, just like the other malevolent planet, has a bivalent influence: in daytime births it announces financial worsening and problems with children, while in nocturnal births it suggests a valued life and important acquaintances.
The planet Venus in the 11th House, if not influenced by malefic stars, gives the natives a happy marriage, success, fame and an extremely prosperous and happy life.
With Mercury in this place, whether East or West of the Sun, one will find writers, teachers, and professors who will see their wealth grow over time.
House XII (Falling Down)
This House is known, in opposition to the previous one, as the House of the “bad genius” and here one finds information on pain, illness, sadness, hiding enemies, adversity.
The associated zodiac sign is Pisces, and it should also be added that this place can also provide information on imprisonment, constraints, disagreements, poverty, quarrels and childbirth.
From a social perspective, the XII House indicates prisons, crimes, enemies, hospitals, workplaces, and asylums. The associated body part is the feet.
Saturn, during the day and in a masculine sign, rejoices in this house and brings the native victories over his enemies. It foreshadows careers of government and authority, even culminating in tyranny.
Unfortunately, Saturn is the only star to rejoice in this section of the sky. The Sun, in fact, testifies to the father's weakening, due to illness or various misfortunes. A native with the Sun in this house is poor and without means.
The Moon predicts a humble and disreputable mother; if there is also the influence of malevolent planets, the mother will have a short and very troubled life. Natives are poor and unsuccessful.
Jupiter in the 12th house also doesn't bode well: plots by enemies, quarrels, and squandering of paternal wealth. Mars speaks of deception, betrayal, and quarrels with subordinates.
Venus in this astrological house heralds problems in love life and mental illnesses caused by passions. They are unlikely to have children. Mercury warns of slanderers, charlatans, and scammers.
